Please read these Terms carefully. They are a legal agreement between you and us about how you may use FeedWink.

By creating an account or using FeedWink, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

FeedWink (“FeedWink”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a baby tracking app operated by CoreByte Studio, a company based in Pakistan.

FeedWink is an informational and record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

This applies to everything in the app, including:

• AI Health Insights and weekly summaries
• The AI Health Score and its breakdown
• Health flags, alerts, and pattern notifications
• Doctor Visit Prep questions
• Vaccination schedules and milestone libraries
• Growth charts and trends

These features describe patterns in data you entered. They do not know your child. They cannot examine, diagnose, or treat anyone, and they can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date.

You agree that:

• You will not use FeedWink as a substitute for professional medical care.
• You will always consult a pediatrician or qualified health professional about your child's health.
• You will never delay, avoid, or disregard medical advice because of something FeedWink showed you.
• Vaccination schedules and milestone ranges shown in the app are general references only and vary by country and by child. Your doctor's schedule takes priority over ours.

If you think your child is having a medical emergency, stop using the app and call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

You may use FeedWink only if:

• You are at least 18 years old, and
• You can form a binding contract where you live, and
• You are not barred from using the app under the laws of your country.

FeedWink is built for parents, guardians, and caregivers. It is not for children, and children may not create accounts.

Child data.You will enter information about a child. By doing so you confirm that you are that child's parent or legal guardian, or that you have their parent or guardian's permission to record and share the information. You are responsible for having that right.

• Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account.
• Tell us at support@feedwink.com straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• One account per person. Do not share login credentials; use caregiver invites instead (Section 6).
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, is used for fraud, or puts other users at risk.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. Deletion is permanent. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed and when.

You own everything you put into FeedWink: child profiles, logs, notes, photos, and appointments. We do not claim ownership of it.

You give us a limited licence to store, process, back up, transmit, and display that content only so that we can operate the app for you. For example, syncing it to your devices, showing it to caregivers you invited, and generating your AI insights. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

We will never sell your content, use it for advertising, or publish it.

You can invite other people, such as a partner, grandparent, nanny, or doctor, to a child's profile.

• Anyone you invite can see that child's profile and logs, and can add or edit entries depending on the role you give them.
• Only invite people you trust. Once someone can see the data, you cannot un-see it for them.
• You can remove a member at any time from the child's members screen. Removal stops future access. It does not undo what they already saw.
• If you were invited to a child's profile by someone else, the person who created that profile controls it and can remove your access at any time.
• Do not use invites to share a child's health information with anyone who has no legitimate reason to see it.

FeedWink has a free tier and a paid tier, FeedWink Premium.

7.1 What's free and what's paid

We may change what is included in each tier. If we remove something material from the tier you are paying for, we will tell you first and you may cancel.

7.2 Free trial

New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. Details:

• The trial is only available if you are eligible, generally one trial per Apple ID or Google account.
• Your subscription starts automatically and you will be charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period finishes.
• Cancelling during the trial keeps your access until the trial ends, then drops you to the free tier.

7.3 Billing, renewal and cancellation

• Subscriptions are sold as monthly or annual plans. The exact price and currency are shown on the paywall before you buy.
• All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel.
• You are charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. We never see or store your card details.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• To cancel, go to your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the FeedWink app does not cancel your subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• After cancelling, you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.

7.4 Price changes

If we change the price, you will be notified through the app store before it takes effect, and you can cancel before the new price applies. Price changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

7.5 Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds are handled under their policies, not ours.

• Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play: request a refund through the Play Store or play.google.com/store/account

Where the law where you live gives you a statutory right to cancel or a refund, that right applies and nothing here removes it. Outside of that, payments are non-refundable and we do not give partial refunds for unused time.

7.6 Restoring purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch device, tap Restore purchases on the paywall. Purchases restore to the store account that bought them, so use the same Apple ID or Google account.

You may use FeedWink for your own personal, non-commercial family use.

You may not:

• Use the app for anyone whose data you have no right to record
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or copy the app or our API
• Access our servers by any means other than the app, or make automated or excessive requests
• Attempt to break, overload, or probe our security
• Upload malware, illegal content, or anything that infringes someone else's rights
• Resell, sublicense, or provide FeedWink as a service to others
• Present FeedWink's output as a medical opinion, or use it to give medical advice to other people
• Use the app to harass, stalk, or monitor another adult without their knowledge

We may suspend or remove access if you do any of these.

The FeedWink app, name, logo, design, code, content libraries, and AI prompts are owned by us and protected by copyright and trade mark law.

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for as long as you follow these Terms. That is the only right you get. Everything not expressly granted is reserved.

You may not use the FeedWink name or logo without our written permission.

FeedWink relies on services we do not control:

Your use of these is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions. If one of them goes down, parts of FeedWink may stop working.

AI output is generated automatically from your logs. It is probabilistic, not authoritative.

• It may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic, or occasionally plain wrong.
• It only reflects what you logged. Gaps in your logs mean gaps in the insight.
• Two people with similar data may get differently worded results.
• We do not guarantee that AI features will spot a problem, and the absence of a flag does not mean your child is fine.

Read AI output as a conversation starter for your pediatrician, not as a conclusion. See Section 2.

We may change, limit, or remove AI features, or change the underlying AI provider, at any time.

We try to keep FeedWink running reliably, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. The app may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, outages, or reasons outside our control.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. If a change materially reduces what a paid subscription gives you, we will notify you and you may cancel.

We may discontinue FeedWink entirely. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data, and we will refund any prepaid, unused subscription time.

To the fullest extent the law allows:

FeedWink is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
• the information, schedules, milestone ranges, or AI output are accurate, complete, or suitable for your child;
• defects will be corrected;
• your data will never be lost.

Some countries do not allow these exclusions. If yours does not, they do not apply to you, and you keep whatever statutory rights and guarantees your local consumer law gives you.

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost goodwill, arising from your use of FeedWink.
• We are not liable for any health outcome, medical decision, or delay in seeking care connected to your use of the app. Health decisions are yours and your doctor's.
• Our total liability to you for all claims relating to FeedWink is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 50.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

If you are a consumer, these limits do not affect your mandatory statutory rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the app, your breach of these Terms, content you upload, or your recording or sharing of another person's data without the right to do so.

You can stop at any time by deleting your account.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the app (with the notice described in Section 12). Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

On termination, your licence to use the app ends immediately, and your data is deleted according to our Privacy Policy. Sections 5, 9, 13, 14, 15, 17 and 18 survive.

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will update the “Last updated” date and notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect.

Continuing to use FeedWink after that means you accept the new Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the app and delete your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Islamabad, Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Talk to us first. Most problems are solved by email. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at support@feedwink.com and give us 30 days to resolve it with you.

These apply if you downloaded FeedWink from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for FeedWink. Support requests go to support@feedwink.com.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. Beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for any claim relating to the app, including product liability, legal-compliance, or consumer-protection claims.
• If a third party claims the app infringes their intellectual property, we (not Apple) are responsible for handling it.
• You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting”, and are not on any US Government prohibited-parties list.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

• Whole agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us about FeedWink.
• Severability. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
• Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms. We may transfer them to a successor if FeedWink is sold, on notice to you.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
