Your family's data is yours. This explains what we collect, why, who we send it to, and how long we keep it, in plain language.

FeedWink is a baby tracking app for parents and caregivers. You use it to log feeds, sleep, diapers, symptoms, growth and appointments for your child, and to get AI-generated summaries of those logs.
FeedWink is operated by CoreByte Studio, based in Pakistan. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.

- We collect the account details you give us and the baby data you log.
- We do not show ads, we do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
- Your logs are sent to OpenAI to generate AI insights. OpenAI does not use your data to train its models.
- You can export all of your data or delete your account from inside the app at any time.
- When you delete your account, all your personal and account data is permanently deleted from our systems.

Activity and health logs you provide
Everything you record in the app, with the date and time you recorded it:
Feeding, bottle, pumping, sleep, diaper, symptoms, milestones, medication, growth (weight, height), teething, walking, playtime, drinks, plus any free-text notes you attach to a log.
You may also record:
- Appointments: title, date, time, location, notes, reminders
- Visit prep questions you or the app prepare for a doctor's visit
- Vaccinations and milestones, and which ones are complete
- Caregiver invites: the email address of a person you invite to share a child profile, and their role
This is health information about a child. We treat it as sensitive personal data and never use it for advertising, profiling, or resale.

Information stored only on your device
FeedWink keeps a local copy of your logs, a cache, and a sync queue in an on-device database so the app works offline. This never leaves your phone except when it syncs to your account. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
What we do not collect
We do not collect or access:
- Your precise or approximate location
- Your contacts, calendar, call logs, SMS, or microphone
- Your photo library. We only receive the single photo you deliberately pick for a profile
- Any advertising identifier (no GAID, no IDFA)
- Any third-party analytics, attribution, or advertising SDK
FeedWink contains no ads and no ad networks. We do not track you across other apps or websites.
FeedWink's AI Health Insights, Health Score, and Visit Prep features generate written summaries of the data you have logged. Here is how that works:
- Your logs for the selected child and date range are collected on our servers.
- A summary of that data, including the child's age, sex, and log entries such as any notes you wrote, is sent to the OpenAI API to generate the insight text.
- The generated text is returned, saved to your account, and shown in the app.
What this means for your data:
- OpenAI acts as our service provider, sometimes called a data processor. It processes the data only to return a result to us.
- Under our agreement with OpenAI, your data is not used to train OpenAI's models, and OpenAI retains API inputs for a limited period only for abuse monitoring before deletion.
- We do not send your name, email, password, or payment details to OpenAI.
- AI processing only runs when you open an AI feature or when we generate your scheduled insight.

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Please read it critically.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or cross-context behavioural advertising. We share data only with the service providers we need to run the app.

People you invite.If you invite a caregiver to a child's profile, they can see that child's profile and logs, and they can see your name. You control who has access and can remove them at any time from the child's members screen.
Legal reasons. We may disclose information if we are legally required to, or where we believe it is necessary to prevent serious harm, fraud, or a security threat.
Business transfer. If FeedWink is ever sold or transferred, your data may transfer with it. We will notify you beforehand, and this policy will keep applying until you are given a new one.
We retain your data while your FeedWink account is active so that we can provide our services to you.
If you delete your FeedWink account, all personal data and associated account data will be permanently deleted from our systems. We do not retain your data after account deletion, except where we are legally required to retain specific information.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your data, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time.
If you are in the EU, UK, or Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR). Our legal bases are contract (to provide the app you signed up for), consent (for health data, notifications, and AI features, which you can withdraw), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, fixing bugs), and legal obligation (tax records). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are in California (CCPA / CPRA). You have the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we have not in the past 12 months. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose other than providing the app. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To make any request, email privacy@feedwink.com. We respond within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity first.
FeedWink is designed for parents and caregivers aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and children may not create accounts.
The app does hold information about a child, but that information is provided by you, the parent or caregiver, on the child's behalf. You are responsible for having the right to share it. By entering your child's details, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian, or have their guardian's permission.
We never use a child's data for advertising, profiling, or resale.
If you believe a child has created an account, email us at privacy@feedwink.com and we will delete it.
- All traffic between the app and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
- Data at rest on our servers and in backups is encrypted.
- Passwords are stored as salted hashes and are never readable by us or anyone else.
- Access to production data is limited to those who need it and is protected by multi-factor authentication.
- Your auth token and app data on your device are stored in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant regulator as required by law, without undue delay.
Our servers are hosted on Vercel's global infrastructure. Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
If you are in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, this means your data is transferred outside your country. We rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and the UK Addendum where applicable, to protect those transfers.
If we make a material change, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and notify you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Please check back here from time to time.
