Your family's data is yours. This explains what we collect, why, and the control you keep, in plain language.

We built FeedWink to help you care for your child, not to profit from your data. We never sell your information, we collect only what the app needs to work, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
Account details: your name and email, so you can sign in and we can reach you about your account.
Child & care data: the profiles, feeds, sleep, growth, milestones, vaccines and notes you choose to log.
Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics (like which features are used) to help us improve the app.
To provide core tracking, generate the AI health insights you opt into, sync data with the caregivers you invite, send reminders you enable, and keep the service secure and reliable.
Your care data is visible only to you and the caregivers you explicitly invite. We use a small number of trusted processors (for hosting and email) bound by strict data-protection agreements. We do not share data with advertisers.
You can access, correct, export, or permanently delete your data from within the app at any time. You can also revoke caregiver access and turn off AI insights whenever you like.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted on a least-privilege basis, and we follow industry-standard practices to protect your family's information. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data as if it were our own family's.
FeedWink is used by parents and caregivers to record information about their own children. That data belongs to the account holder and is handled with the extra care it deserves. Accounts are intended for adults 18 and over.
